I'm Back and ready to work!
Well guys, I'm not going to lie to you, it's been a hard couple of weeks but I'm here and stronger than ever. When I first started this journey, I had no idea so many of you would want to join and support me in my crazy ideas. The truth is, it all took me a bit by shock, I didn't expect to suddenly have so much to do, without a team or any real support.
After 2 months of trying to get organised, repeatedly answering the same questions and also trying to maintain some kind of family life, I'll admit - everything went into what I can only describe as a meltdown.
Time Out
I took a week out to get things back in order, refocus on my family and let the social media buzz die down a little. It's impossible to keep up with everyone regardless of how hard I try and that's something I'll have to accept for as long as I'm managing these projects on my own.
I've spent the last week separating all my projects into individual spaces, and I'm now working on updating the back end of 3 websites. As I write that, it fills me with dread - knowing that I've actually just turned 1 complicated site into 3!!
I do know however, that once this work is done, I'll be in a much better position to manage everything I'm trying to do. I might even get around to putting some teams in place to help me run these projects if you guys keep sharing and supporting them!!
Things might look the same - but they're not
Although this site looks just like the place you've always used to view my projects, it's actually brand new. The old marcgreaves website has now become NFPNRG and the peoples landgrab is Bricks4clicks.co.uk
I am spending this weekend contacting the people who have backed each project and switching their subscriptions over to the necessary websites. This will all help with accounting, access to information, transparency and management.
